Hillbrook PFTA (Parents, Friends and Teachers Association)
What is Hillbrook PFTA?
Hillbrook PFTA stands for ‘Parents, Friends and Teacher’s Association’ at Hillbrook Primary School. We are a friendly, approachable and hardworking group coming together to raise funds to enrich the learning and enjoyment for Hillbrook children.
We meet once a month to discuss how we can raise funds to support and assist the children at Hillbrook primary school with extra facilities and activities. This money we raise supports our children’s education experience in partnership with the teachers. To continue being successful Hillbrook PFTA needs your support! This is your chance to really get involved and do something wonderful for your child’s school and your school community. Please do introduce yourself and say hi.

Meetings
We always welcome new faces and ideas. Our meeting details are posted on our newsletter and our communication board (outside the school on the main gates). If you are unable to attend but would like us to discuss any ideas, please send us an email at pftahillbrook@gmail.com. We’re always looking at new ways to raise money for the school.
Volunteer
We always need volunteers for events. If you’re available to help us collect donations for our non-uniform day or help us sell tickets please get in touch with us at: pftahillbrook@gmail.com.
Match Funding
We would be really grateful if you could see if your employer has a match funding scheme, or if they are willing to match fund any of our events. Companies may match the fundraising total for an event, or for the stall that their employee is working on. High street banks, supermarkets and large corporations are likely to match fund, but independent companies may well be interested in charitable giving through match funding too. Some of the Companies that we know operate match-funding schemes are listed below but there are many more – perhaps you work for one of them?
Second-Hand Uniform
Please consider donating unwanted school uniform to us via the Drop-Off box in school reception. For any enquiries about buying pre-loved uniform, please email us on pftahillbrook@gmail.com.
